Baltimore Tent & Event Planning Resource

Tent Rentals in Baltimore, OH (Weddings & Corporate Events)

If the event matters, the tent matters. Boland Entertainment sets up wedding and event tents all over Baltimore and Fairfield County, from backyard receptions to full company picnics, and we handle the heavy lifting: tent, dance floor, and sidewalls delivered and installed by our own crew, with tables, chairs, and linens delivered in the same trip.

Helpful local link for planning: Village of Baltimore, Ohio (official site).

Tents & Seating Tables & Chairs Dance Floors

    Wedding Tents

Backyard weddings around the village, receptions on farms out toward Millersport and Thurston, and celebrations near Johnson Park all start the same way: the right size tent, set straight and staked tight, with room for dinner, the dance floor, and the bar. Add cathedral window sidewalls, string lights, and a layout that keeps guests out of the weather and on the dance floor.

    Corporate and Community Events

Company picnics, customer appreciation days, Liberty Union school events, church festivals, and village gatherings at Johnson Park. We set tents on grass or pavement, and we can cover crowds from 40 to 400 plus.

Tables, Chairs, and the Rest of the Setup

Round tables for receptions, banquet tables for buffets and head tables, padded garden chairs, and linens in the sizes to match. One delivery, everything under the tent when your guests arrive.

Plan Your Layout Before We Roll

Use our free layout tool to drop tables, chairs, and a dance floor into your tent size and see what actually fits. Leave room for the things people forget: a buffet line, a DJ or band corner, a gift table, and walking space between tables. Not sure it fits? Send us the plan and we will check it with you.

    Finish the Tent

    • Dance floor, sized to the tent
    • Cathedral window or solid sidewalls for weather and privacy
    • Linens for the tables
    • DJ services and a photo booth are one call away if the party needs them.

    Tent Rentals Around Baltimore

We deliver throughout Baltimore and the surrounding area, including Millersport, Thurston, Pleasantville, Lancaster, Pickerington, Canal Winchester, Carroll, Bremen, Thornville, and Buckeye Lake. Events along Market Street, parties near Johnson Park, and backyard parties in every neighborhood in between. If you are just outside the county line, call and ask. We probably go there too.

    Baltimore Tent Rental FAQs

How much space do I need around the tent?
Plan on roughly 7 to 10 feet of clear space beyond the tent footprint on each side for stakes and ropes on a pole tent. High peak tents need less. Tight yard? Tell us the measurements and we will tell you honestly what fits.
Can a tent go on pavement or a driveway?
Yes. Some tents stake into grass; others are weighted or framed for hard surfaces. Company lots, church parking lots, and driveways are all workable. Pavement and driveway setups cost a little more, since the tent has to be weighted and secured instead of staked. Tell us the surface when you book and we bring the right setup.
What happens if it rains or gets windy?
These are commercial grade tents, anchored for weather, and sidewalls keep rain out and heat in. If a forecast turns genuinely unsafe, we will talk with you early about options. Ohio weather is exactly why most of our wedding customers add sidewalls.
Do I need a permit for a tent in Baltimore?
Most backyard events do not need one. Events on public property, and some large public gatherings, can. If your event is at a park or a public venue, ask us and we will help you sort out what applies.
How far ahead should I reserve?
Weddings and graduation parties book months out, and May and June weekends go first. If your date is set, reserve the tent now and adjust the table and chair counts later. That order works best.

Let's get your date on the calendar.

Call or text Boland Entertainment at (740) 337-0777. Tell us the date, the guest count, and where it is happening. We will take it from there.
